Trade Account Headlines

1. Minimum Order Quantity = £75.

2. UK Mainland delivery via APC network. overnight (Sat for Monday)

1. Orders less than £150 (net of Vat) : delivery & packaging = £7.50 plus vat.

2. Orders over £150 (net of Vat) - delivery & packaging f.o.c.

3. Overseas Delivery via APC network, usually 48 hrs. POA

4. Trade account

1. 1st 3 orders = pro-forma.

2. Trade account available thereafter (conditional upon approval)

3. Payment by Bank transfer or Paypal

5. Returns Policy - within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging. Carriage borne by customer, unless product defective. 

6. Warranty claims for material defect

1. notification within 2 days from receipt where defect reasonable apparent, 7 days where not. Photographic evidence required. Return for inspection may be requested, with delivery refunded if claim validated.
