Refund policy

Product Unsuitable. A Return Request must be made within 14 days of purchase by email to admin@canineandco.co.uk. A Returns Authorisation Number will be issued along with the Returns Address. We offer a no-quibble refund conditional upon the Dog Jumper being returned unworn and in original wrapping within 7 days of the return being authorised. Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.

Product Defect. A Defect Notice must be made within 3 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of the defect will be required in the first instance. Please do not return the Dog Jumper unless requested. A replacement, or a substitute in the event of a stock-out, will be offered. A full refund will be offered at the discretion of Canine & Co.
