About us..

Who are Canine & Co? 

Canine & Co was established online in 2011. 9 years on and the business is established

We are family business. Ian looks after Operations whilst Jan looks after Finance. Between us we have over 70 yeras senior management experience across several different sectors. Suki (the dog) and Ziggy (the Cat) complete the team, with Suki modelling early prototypes and Ziggy supervising!

The business is located in Betws-y-Coed, in Snowdonia National Park, Wales, UK. In Betws-y-Coed, we also run a niche Dog Shop 'The Ultimate Dog Shop'. This doubles up as 'research & development' lab. We listen to our customers requirements and feedback, test our designs on different dogs and amend as necessary.

We focus on design, brand management & marketing, and pursue an active product development strategy.  

It's taken us 4 years to get a supply chain which fits our requirements. We partner with a UK woolen manufacturer (over 100 years experience) who also have oversea's plants in India giving us a choice of location and control over costs. The manufacturer also looks after fulfilment - handling, packaging and despatch of woolen products is a specialist task.
