Canine & Co was established as an on-line Dog Boutique in 2011 targeted at the smaller dog. 

In 2017 Canine & Co opened The Ultimate Dog Shop in Betws-y-Coed. Situated in Snowdonia National Park, the aim was to provide a range of quality outdoor Clothing,Leads, Harnesses and Accessories for small, medium and large dogs enabling them to enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and safety. 

In 2018, a Dog Deli was opening on the first floor, offering nutritious, healthy dog foods (RAW, Kibble & Wet) and treats (Meat, Fish). A local delivery service within a 30 mile radius of Betws was introduced to service the villages and rural communities of North Snowdonia. 

On the back of 5 years of successfully marketing dog jumpers. Canine & Co launched a branded range of Dog Jumpers at the trade show PATs 2018 Telford. The aim was to supply wholesale and Drop n Ship to the smaller independent Dog & Pet Shops 

In 2019 a Dog Grooming / Wash service was launched from the 2nd floor of the Dog Shop, again servicing the local communities and businesses as well as the visitor market. 

Operationally it has become necessary to separate the two businesses to faciliate the next phase of growth - hence the split of the web sites, with The Ultimate Dog Shop getting it's own web presence and Canine & Co specialising on Jumpers.  

Canine & Co are developing a new range of dog jumpers for 2019, with innovative features. These will be available through The Ultimate Dog Shop as well as a range of stockist throughout the UK. We are exhibiting at Glee in September and at the National Pet Show in November.
